While the Noble Quran is itself a Shifa, a remedy, and a code of success both in this world and in the one hereafter, it also talks about treating diseases through things like honey.
In verse 69, chapter 16 (Surah Al-Nahl – the bee), the Sacred Book says:
ثُمَّ كُلِي مِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ فَاسْلُكِي سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلًا ۚ يَخْرُجُ مِن بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِّلنَّاسِ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
(Al-Quran 16:69)
“Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord (He has) laid down (for you)." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed, in that is a sign for a people who give thought.”
Discussed blew is an easy cure for constipation in Tib-e-Nabvi. Tib-e-Nabvi or Qabz Ka Totka or Ilaj Tib-e-Nabvi Say Urdu Zaban Main.
Allah’s Last Messenger Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) recommended easy and effective treatments for various diseases. Curing an ailment in the light of the teachings of Allah’s Rasool (ﷺ) is known as Tib-e-Nabvi.
Just like other health conditions, there is a perfect cure for constipation – even if it be the chronic one – in the Tib-e-Nabvi.
Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) has been reported to have said that if there were a cure of death in anything, it would be “Sana Maki”.
However, Imam Tirmidhi ranks it as a Zaeef (poor) Hadith.
Taking into account the context of the Holy Prophet’s (ﷺ) saying, the word “Sana” in the Hadith has been inferred as being a cure for constipation.
Here it is also pertinent to note that the practitioners of Tib-e-Nabvi extensively used Sana Maki to treat COVID-19 patients with amazing success and highly recommended it to others during the pandemic.
Given below are the two procedures for Sana Maki as a cure for constipation.
Make soup of Sana Maki and mix in it honey and Desi Ghee in equal quantities, i.e., one teaspoonful each. Drink the mixture, and it will prove to be very effective.
Grind Sana Maki into its powdered form. Mix into the power Desi Ghee and honey in equal quantities. Knead it thoroughly and make small balls (tablets). Use the Sana Maki tablet with lukewarm water.
Using Sana Maki to treat chronic constipation is not only an effective and inexpensive way of healing the condition, but it is also totally harmless. While undergoing this treatment, you must keep supplicating Almighty Allah, saying prayers regularly, reciting the Noble Quran, and doing noble deeds.
